Two teams from the state of Indiana will get together on Saturday afternoon in the Crossroads Classic. The Purdue Boilermakers, out of the Big Ten will take on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Purdue is 8-3 overall, and have lost their lone road game this season. For Notre Dame, they have yet to play a true road game this season. The Fighting Irish are 10-1 overall, and even have won a conference game already.

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are coming off a 20 point win over Florida State. That was their lone Atlantic Coast Conference game thus far. Notre Dame's lone loss came on November 23rd by 1 to Providence. The top scorer for Notre Dame has been Jerian Grant, with just shy of 19 points per game. The Fighting Irish as a team are scoring 84.9 points per game, which ranks 8th in the country.

For Purdue, they have lost three games to Kansas State, North Florida and Vanderbilt. The Boilermakers are coming off a loss to Vanderbilt on the road. The best win of the season for Purdue came November 25th over Missouri. Purdue's top scorer has been Kendall Stephens with 12.3 points per game. In the loss to loss to Vanderbilt, Rapheal Davis led the way with 15. Purdue ranks 15th in the nation in assists, as they are picking up more than 16.5 per game.
