The Nebraska Cornhuskers and the Florida State Seminoles will both be going for their third wins in a row when they face each other on Monday. The Cornhuskers are 0-1 on the road this season, while the Seminoles are 3-1 on their home court.

On Friday night, Nebraska won their second straight game when they defeated Tennessee-Martin 75-64 on their home floor. The Cornhuskers made 10 of their 23 three-pointers in that win and were able to force 18 Tennessee-Martin turnovers.

So far this season, the Cornhuskers have played well on offense, averaging 75.8 points per game against their opponents. They rely heavily on forward Terran Petteway, who is averaging a team-high 20.2 points per game with 5.6 rebounds per game. Junior guard Shavon Shields has scored 19.8 points per game while pulling down a team-best 7.2 boards per game.

Florida State played excellent defense against Charleston Southern on Friday night and came away with a 58-47 home win. The held Charleston Southern to just a 29.6 percent field goal percentage while forcing them into committing 18 turnovers.

The Seminoles are scoring many points this season, but they have been able to make nearly 47 percent of their shots as a team. Their most efficient player has been guard Montay Brandon, who is averaging 12.5 points and 6.8 rebounds per game while making 67.5 percent of his shots.
