The Missouri Tigers will be going for their third consecutive win when they take on the #22 Oklahoma Sooners on Friday night. This will be Missouri's first road game of the season, while Oklahoma currently owns a 2-0 home record.

On Tuesday night, Missouri had a solid offensive game against SE Missouri State and picked up a 65-61 win. They went 8-for-15 from long distance in that win and shot 50 percent from the field overall.

The Tigers have struggled on offense so far this season, averaging just 64 points per game and make just 42.3 percent of their shots. Freshman guard Montaque Gill-Caesar is currently averaging a team-high 13.9 points per game and grabbing 4.3 rebounds per game. Sophomore forward Johnathan Williams III is averaging 10.4 points per game and leads the team in rebounding with 5.3 per game.

Oklahoma had their three-game winning streak come to an end last Friday when they were defeated 69-56 by #2 Wisconsin. They shot just 37 percent from the field in that loss and ended up turning the ball over 21 times.

Through six games, the Sooners have one of the top rebounding teams in the nation by pulling down 43.5 boards per game. Junior guard Buddy Hield has been their top scorer by averaging 16.7 points per game, while forward Ryan Spangler has been able to average 8.7 points and a team-high 9.5 rebounds per game.
