In a tilt featuring two of the most decorated NCAA basketball programs, the Georgetown Hoyas will take on the Indiana Hoosiers Saturday afternoon. These two teams come in with a combined 17-5 record. Georgetown is 7-3 this season, but are yet to play in a true road game this season. For Indiana, they are 10-2 overall, and 9-1 at home. The Hoosiers are coming off a 20 point win over New Orleans.

The Indiana Hoosiers two losses this season came to Eastern Washington, and the Louisville Cardinals. Indiana is scoring 86.3 points per game, which ranks 4th in the country. The top scorer for the Hoosiers has been James Blackmon Jr. with 17.6 per game. Yogi Ferrell is scoring 16.3 per game as well. In the win over New Orleans, Ferrell led the way with 17. The Hoosiers have wins over Southern Methodist and Butler on the season.

For Georgetown, after winning their first four of the season, they lost three of their next four. The Hoyas beat Florida on November 26th, then dropped games to Wisconsin, Butler and Kansas. The Hoyas are scoring 73.5 points per game, and their top scorer has been Joshua Smith, with 13 per game. In the 3 point win over Charlotte, the Hoyas had 18 points from L.J. Peak to seal the deal. Georgetown will play a huge Big East tilt on New Years Eve at Xavier.
