Sunday afternoon, the Army Black Knights will do battle against the #4 ranked Duke Blue Devils.

The Army Black Knights will come in undefeated after taking out the Binghamton Bearcats 80 - 54 on Tuesday night.  The Black Knights set the pace early against the Bearcats behind solid offense and tough defense.  The Bearcats alternated between missing shots and turning over the ball when they weren’t committing fouls as the Black Knights took every advantage they could to stay ahead.  At the half, Army was up 38 - 23 and for the rest of the game they stayed comfortably ahead of Binghamton.  Army was led by Kyle Wilson and his 25 points.  The Black Knights shot just 48% but they held the Bearcats to just 31% shooting.  No matter what they showed against the Bearcats, the Black Knights will their very best to get past the top ranked Blue Devils.

The Duke Blue Devils had no trouble whatsoever getting past the Furman Paladins on Wednesday afternoon as they took a 93 - 54 victory to remain undefeated.  Duke started the game on a 17 -2 run in the first 8 minutes of play that effectively took Furman out of the game. The Paladins tried to keep up with the Blue Devils but by the half they were on the wrong side of a 50 – 22 game as Duke closed out the half with a 3-pointer.  Duke continued pushing Furman around in the 2nd half as the bigger Blue Devils outrebounded and out hustled the smaller Paladin. Duke shot 57% from the field and 37% from beyond the arc as Jahlil Okafor set the pace with a season high 24 points.   Duke will face some solid competition from Army but the odds greatly favor the Blue Devils in this one.
