On Monday night, the Arizona State Sun Devils and the Maryland Terrapins will both be looking to stay undefeated when they face each other in the CBE Hall Of Fame Classic.

Arizona State won their third game in a row to start the season when they defeated Loyola Marymount 68-44 on Thursday. They made 10 of their 22 three-point attempts in that game while their defense held Loyola Marymount to just a 28.1 percent field goal percentage.

Through their first three games, the Sun Devils are in the top 5 in the country in points against by only allowing their opponents to score 44.3 points per game against them. The only Arizona State player who is scoring over 10 points per game is senior guard Shaquielle McKissic, who is averaging 10.3 points, 3.3 rebounds and one steal per game.

Maryland had another impressive defensive effort in their game against Fordham on Thursday night and came away with a 66-50 home win. In that game, they forced 16 turnovers and limited Fordham to a 30.6 percent field goal percentage.

The Terrapins have shot very well as a team so far this season, making 51.9 percent of their shots. Senior guard Dez Wells leads the team in scoring with 17.7 points per game and he's been able to make 71.4 percent of his three-point attempts on the season.
