The Washington Wizards will be playing in the fourth game of their five-game west coast road trip when they take on the San Antonio Spurs on Saturday night.

During the 2013-14 season, the Spurs were able to win both of their games against the Wizards. They won the first meeting 92-79 at home, then went to Washington later in the year and picked up a 125-118 overtime win.

Wizards point guard John Wall has faced the Spurs six times in his career, averaging 14.7 points, 6.2 assists and 4.7 rebounds per game against them. Shooting guard Bradley Beal has scored over 16 points per game against San Antonio in his career, while big man Marcin Gortat has been able to average 10.2 points and nine rebounds per game against them.

The Spurs had a solid defensive game against the New Orleans Pelicans on Wednesday night and came away with a 95-93 overtime win at home. They didn't shoot the ball well themselves in that win, but they made up for it by holding the Pelicans to a low 38.2 field goal percentage.

Through 34 games, the Spurs are in the top 10 in the NBA in both rebounding and assists per game. Power forward Tim Duncan has been their best player yet again this season by averaging a double-double of 15.9 points and 10.7 rebounds per game.
