On Friday night, the Atlanta Hawks will look to keep their recent hot streak going when they visit the Utah Jazz. The first time these two teams squared off this season, the Hawks defeated the Jazz 100-97 at home.

The Hawks won their second game in a row on Tuesday night when defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers 109-101 at home. They made 10 three-pointers in that game and finished with a solid 50.6 field goal percentage.

So far this season, the Hawks are averaging 102.2 points per game while only giving up 97.4 points per game to their opponents. Power forward Paul Millsap has an impressive 19.9 PER on the season by averaging 16.8 points, 8.1 rebounds and nearly two blocks per game.

The Jazz have now won five out of their last seven games after beating the Minnesota Timberwolves 100-94 on Tuesday. They made just over 48 percent of their shots in that win and ended up with a 43-34 rebounding advantage.

So far this season, the Jazz are right near the bottom of the Western Conference in scoring, rebounding and assists per game. Small forward Gordon Hayward has played pretty well through 32 games by averaging 19.2 points, 5.1 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game. Power forward Derrick Favors currently leads the team with a 22.7 PER by averaging 15.6 points per game with 8.3 rebounds per game.
