The Los Angeles Lakers added to their three game losing streak when they dropped another game to the Washington Wizards with a 116-111 loss when these 2 teams last played. The Wizards are not the toughest team in the NBA but they did have two hot players on this night.

Martell Webster added 20 points for the Wizards including four 3-pointers.

Jordan Farmer led the Lakers with 22 points and Pau Gasol had 17 including a 3-pointer with 25 seconds left to go to cut the Wizards lead in half, but it wasn't enough. In the final seconds of the game, Wall hit three final free-throws that sealed the deal for the Wizards.

This game in Los Angeles is really important for the Wizards playoff seeding, so they'll be the more motivated team. The Lakers are also really beat up and are headed for the lottery, so don't expect much from them.
