Kenneth Faried didn't have his best game the last time the Denver Nuggets played against the Wizards, but he certainly made the most important plays for his team in the final minute of the game. The power forward came up with a huge block and then ran the floor to dunk it home to help the Nuggets get the 75-74 road win.

In one of the lowest combined scores of the season, this game was a combination of good defense and bad offense from both teams, especially in the second half. The Wizards took a 45-40 lead into the half, but scored only 29 points the rest of the game. They made just 5 of their 24 3-pointers and shot a total of 36% from the field on the night. Washington didn't score a field goal in the final four minutes of the game.

There was a bit of controversy at the end of the game during the Wizards' last possession. John Wall drove to the basket with little time remaining on the clock when Nuggets' guard Nate Robinson knocked the ball away from him to end the game. Wall and the Wizards believed that Robinson hit Wall's arm, which would have given the Wizards a chance for the win.

Wall was the top player for the Wiz, scoring 20 points, dishing out eight assists and pulling down five rebounds. Trevor Booker started in place of Nene and had a double-double with 12 points and 12 rebounds.
