Sunday night, the Utah Jazz will make their way to the Nation's capital to face the Washington Wizards.

The Utah Jazz let their Friday night game get away from them as they lost to the Miami Heat 100 - 95. Utah let Miami set the pace early and they seemingly had no answer for the Heat as Miami took a commanding 62 -47 lead at the half. The break did the Jazz some good as they came out in the 3^rd quarter and made it just a 4 point deficit at the start of the 4^th quarter. But the Heat had just enough left to hold off the Jazz and deal Utah their 10^th loss in their last 11 games. The Jazz will need a complete effort through all 4 quarters if they want to get past the Wizards on Sunday night.

The Washington Wizards emerged victorious in their Friday night game against the Los Angeles Clippers. The 104 -96 victory snapped the Clippers 9 game win streak and established the Wizards as a team to watch this season. The Wizards showed that they weren't intimidated by the Clippers as they took a 9 point lead after the 1^st quarter. The Washington lead swelled to 15 points at the half. The Clippers tried to get back in it during the 2^nd half but the Wizards stayed slightly ahead of them the rest of the way. If Washington plays the same way Sunday, they will more than likely get their 4 ^th straight win in a row.
