The Utah Jazz haven't seen a healthy New York Knicks team in over a year. The last time these two teams met up was in March of 2013 and at that time it looked as if the Knicks were playing with their junior varsity team. Missing Carmelo Anthony, Tyson Chandler, and Amar'e Stoudemire the Knicks visited the Jazz and proved they didn't need those players to win at Energy Solutions Arena. In that game, Raymond Felton scored 19 points, four assists and three steals in a 90-83 win over the Utah Jazz.
This is a new year though and the Knicks are mostly healthy. That being said, it hasn't been reflected in the win/loss column as the Knicks have been playing terrible basketball over the last month. The Knicks will be at home after a three game road trip and will be looking to get something going. The Knicks are hoping that Anthony can lead this team to a win. Neither of these teams are looking at playing in the playoffs but they'll be playing for pride as neither team wants to be known as being as bad as they currently look.
The Jazz are also having a rough month and would like to go into New York and change their current trends as well. The Jazz are around .500 against the spread over the last month and haven't been covering well on the road lately. The Knicks are playing even worse ATS but a home game might do them some good.
