The Utah Jazz have a quick turnaround. After playing the Houston Rockets last night they face the Dallas Mavericks tonight. The Jazz were 25 -57 last year probably due to their youthful team. This year the Jazz have only one player, Steve Novak, with more than 4 years experience in the NBA. On the bright side, they have 8 other players returning from last season. Lets face it, the Jazz have little hope of beating the Dallas Mavericks. Only one day ago the Mavs gave the returning NBA Champions a challenge, losing by only one point. However, this Jazz team has a lot to look forward to this season. They have a lot of young talented players that could peak at the same time. This year they will continue to build on their team chemistry from last season. Anything could happen for this Jazz team in this game and this season. Expect these young-guns to test their abilities against the more established Dallas Mavericks.

Dallas is coming off a hard fought loss to the Spurs. The team has a lot of perimeter weapons, but needs to look to drive to the bucket more. Dirk Nowitzki performed well from the field, as expected. Jameer Nelson showed his ability to come off the bench and run the pick-and-roll offense. Chandler Parsons was a bit disappointing against the Spurs, making only 2 of his 10 attempts from the field. The Dallas Mavericks should show this young Jazz team what an elite NBA team looks like with a decisive victory.
