Kyle Lowry and the Toronto Raptors used a big third quarter to beat the Orlando Magic 105-90 the last time these two teams saw each other. The Magic were playing without top scorer Arron Afflalo, which ended up hurting them because no Orlando player could match the Raptors' hot shooting after the first quarter.

Lowry, the player most players and analysts believe was the biggest All-Star snub, scored 28 points including four 3-pointers. DeMar DeRozan also had a solid game for the Raptors, scoring 24 points in the win. Amir Johnson added 12 points and eight rebounds for the Raptors, who shot 52.3 percent for the game.

Orlando's top player of the night was small forward Tobias Harris, who scored 28 points and pulled down six rebounds in the loss. E'Twaun Moore scored 16 points in 28 minutes off of the bench for the Magic.

The game was actually quite close until Lowry was able to go off in the third quarter for 17 points. He just couldn't miss in that quarter, making a couple of very deep threes and then finishing off the quarter with a buzzer-beater. As a team, the Raptors scored 36 points in the quarter and held the Magic to 24.

The Raptors were able to win the game despite turning the ball over 23 times. The Magic only had nine turnovers, but their defense kept them from staying in the game.
