The New York Knicks may be far below the Toronto Raptors in the Eastern Conference standings, but that didn't stop them from going into Toronto and pulling off the 108-100 win last week.

The Knicks only made six of their 24 three-pointers in the game, but they made up for it with good defense, holding the Raptors to just 39.5% shooting from the field. The game was close until the fourth quarter, when New York was able to outscore the Raptors 30-23 to get the road win.

As is true in most of the Knicks' wins, Carmelo Anthony was the top player on the floor as he was able to score 30 points and grab eight rebounds in the win. Power forward Amar'e Stoudemire also had a big game for the visitors, scoring 24 points on 10-of-14 shooting and also bringing down 11 rebounds. Shooting guard J.R. Smith made three three-pointers and scored 15 points.

Jonas Valanciunas is definitely not to blame for the Raptors' loss as he was able to put up 14 points and a career-best 21 rebounds. Shooting guard DeMar DeRozan had a team-high 26 points, while Kyle Lowry made seven of his 13 shots for 25 points.

It wasn't a completely bad night for the Raptors, though, as they clinched the Atlantic Division because of Brooklyn's loss that same night. The Knicks stayed in playoff contention with the win, but they were eliminated the following night.
