On Sunday night, the Toronto Raptors will be going up against the New York Knicks, who have only been able to win three of their 12 home games this season. The Raptors and the Knicks played each other four times last year, with both teams picking up two wins.

On Friday, the Raptors were able to hold the Indiana Pacers to just 42 first-half points and rolled to a 106-94 home win. Toronto only had 10 turnovers in that game and ended up with a huge 52-39 rebounding advantage.

The Raptors are currently near the top of the league in scoring with over 108 points per game. Point guard Kyle Lowry has had a good start to the season by leading the team in scoring with 19.7 points per game while also averaging a team-high 7.5 assists per game. Big man Jonas Valanciunas has scored 12 points per game this season and has grabbed a team-best 8.9 rebounds per game.

The Knicks were finally able to end their long losing streak on Friday night when they defeated the Boston Celtics 101-95 on the road. They made nearly 50 percent of their shots in that win and their defense ended up forcing 17 turnovers.

Through 25 games, the Knicks have scored less than 95 points per game and they are one of the worst rebounding teams in the NBA. Their top performer so far this year has been small forward Carmelo Anthony, who is averaging 22.8 points and 6.5 rebounds per game.
