The Toronto Raptors will be playing in their first road game since November 5 when they visit the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday night. The Cavs are currently on a two-game home losing streak.

Last season, the Raptors were able to win two out of their three regular season game against the Cavs. Cleveland did get the last laugh, though, as they beat Indiana 102-100 at home in their last matchup of the season. It was a very close series, with none of the games being decided by more than seven points.

Raptors star shooting guard DeMar DeRozan has gone up against Cleveland 18 times in his career, averaging 16.2 points and 3.6 rebounds per game against them. Point guard Kyle Lowry has scored 9.7 points and 5.7 assists per game against the Cavs, while big man Patrick Patterson has averaged 6.4 points and 4.8 rebounds in five games against them.

The Raptors are one of LeBron James' favorite teams to play against, as he has been able to average 28.1 points, 7.6 rebounds and 7.3 assists per game against them in his career. Cavs point guard Kyrie Irving has played against Toronto eight times and has averaged 17.6 points per game with 6.5 assists per game. Kevin Love has also had a lot of success against them averaging 17.4 points and 10.3 rebounds per game in nine games.
