Wednesday night, the Toronto Raptors will travel to the TD Garden to take on the Boston Celtics. 

The Toronto Raptors will come in to this one after their Tuesday night game at home against the Boston Celtics.  Toronto has started the season well but there are a few issues that they could improve on.  The Raptors have suffered some defensive lapses late in games and that is something that never works out well.   And the Raptors could work a little harder on their rebounding.   But these problems can be fixed and hopefully the Raptors will use Wednesday night’s game to begin changing things for the better.

The Boston Celtics fell just short of the win in their Monday night game against the Dallas Mavericks.  Boston was in the game the whole time but Dallas was able to hold on for the 118 – 113 win.   The Celtics were led by Jeff Green and his 35 points while Dirk Nowitzki led Dallas with 27.  The Celtics were getting blown out early and were down by 31 at one point.  But they managed to mount a rally and close the gap.  By the end, the Celtics just didn’t have anything left.  If they hadn’t allowed Dallas to go up by so much early on, Boston might have had a chance in this one.  If Toronto suffers another one of their late game defensive collapses, Boston should get an opportunity to come away with a victory.
