The Portland Trail Blazers will head out on the road on Sunday night to take on the New York Knicks, who are just 3-8 on their home floor this season. The Blazers were able to win both of their games against the Knicks last year.

The Blazers won their third consecutive game on Thursday night when they beat the Indiana Pacers 88-82 at home. They didn't shoot particularly well in that game, but their defense did well to force the Pacers into committing 17 turnovers.

The Blazers currently have the top rebounding team in the league and have also only given up 95.8 points per game. Power forward LaMarcus Aldridge has a solid 22.6 PER on the year by averaging 22.2 points and 9.8 rebounds per game. Backup center Chris Kaman has come off of the bench for Portland to average 10.4 points and 6.8 rebounds per game.

On Friday night, the Knicks outscored the Charlotte Hornets 33-18 in the fourth quarter of their game, but they came up just short and lost 103-102 on the road. New York lost that game despite shooting well and only turning the ball over six times.

The Knicks are currently near the bottom of the league in scoring by averaging just 93.5 points per game. Small forward Carmelo Anthony has continued to play well despite his team's struggles and is now averaging 23.2 points and 6.4 rebounds per game.
