The Phoenix Suns will be going on the road to face the Boston Celtics on Monday night in a game between two of the lower-rated defenses in the NBA. Last season, the Suns were able to win both of their games against the Celtics.

On Saturday night, the Suns gave up 42 third-quarter points to the Los Angeles Clippers and ended up losing 120-107. They were blocked 12 times in that loss and they only made 38.4 percent of their shots.

The Suns have been able to score 104 points per game this season, but they are also allowing opponents to score 105 points per game against them. Point guard Isaiah Thomas leads the team in scoring with 16.7 points per game even though he is only playing 24.1 minutes per game for them.

On Friday night, the Celtics gave up 38 fourth-quarter points to the Cleveland Cavaliers and ended up losing 122-121 at home. They shot the ball very well in that game, but multiple turnovers late in the game allowed the Cavs to come back and win.

Through eight games, the Celtics have one of the best scoring teams in the league, but they also have one of the worst defenses by giving up 108.4 points per game. Small forward Jeff Green has had a pretty good start to the season by averaging 18.9 points and five rebounds per game. Power forward Jared Sullinger has scored 15 points per game and pulled down a team-high 8.9 rebounds per game.
