The Phoenix Suns are scratching and clawing their way to a playoff spot but haven't been able to put together a significant win streak to make a legitimate run. Relief could come with a visit from Orlando, who has only 4 road wins all season. The Suns defense, or lack thereof, has been the main factor in their recent struggles. Phoenix allowed 100+ points in 10 straight games before an 87-80 win in Boston last Friday night and the Suns found themselves losers in 7 of the matchups. Wednesday night's game will be the first time back in Phoenix in a week for the Suns and their home court should be defended against the Magic.

Besides a February 26th win in Philadelphia against the putrid 76ers, Orlando hasn't won a road game since a December 16th victory in Chicago. Orlando could be headed towards one of the free falls that has plagued their 2014 as they dropped 6 of 7 games to open March and already have 10 and 6 game losing streaks to their name this season.

Wednesday nights game marks the first meeting between the two teams since November 24th, a 104-96 Suns win. Both teams came into that matchup limping as the Magic had lost 3 straight while Phoenix had dropped 4 of 5. This poor play probably lead to the Suns coming into Orlando as 2 point underdogs in a game they were able to win outright. The oddsmakers were spot on with the total in that game with the final 200 points being just enough to push the 199.5 number over.
