The Thunder play in game 2 of a 4 game road swing to wind down the season holding onto an outside chance at catching the Spurs for the #1 seed in the West. Phoenix on the other hand wants to defend their efficient 25-14 record at the US Airways Center and beat out Memphis for the final seed in the West.

Oklahoma City showed San Antonio they weren't going to be intimidated by anyone with a 106-94 win on Thursday that ended the Spurs 19 game winning streak. The Thunder were favored by four in the game and got 28 points from Kevin Durant and 27 from Russell Westbrook to capture the win and the cover. The victory was the 7th in 8 games for OKC who looks to avoid a letdown in Phoenix Sunday after a hard-fought game in Houston on Friday.

The Suns lost two straight games to the LA teams to drop themselves percentage points behind Memphis for the #8 seed in the West. Prior to that the Suns had jumped into the postseason mix on the heels of a six-game winning streak. After the OKC game Phoenix will have only five games left including trips to San Antonio and Dallas on back-to-back nights with an April 14th tilt against Memphis possibly determining who makes the playoffs.

Sunday's game will determine who wins the season series between Phoenix and OKC as the teams have split thus far. The home team has won both times with OKC winning 103-96 as 12.5 favorites in November while Phoenix captured a 128-122 win on March 6th as 6 point underdogs.
