The No. 7 seed Memphis Grizzlies were able to complete a big second half comeback and eventually beat the No. 2 seed Oklahoma City Thunder 98-95 in overtime of game 3. Memphis was able to hold Oklahoma City to just 39.1% shooting from the floor on their way to taking a 2-1 lead in the series.

The Thunder looked like the better team in the first half of the game, outscoring the Grizzlies 44-36. After chipping away a little bit at the lead in the third quarter, Memphis was able to use a huge run in the fourth to tie it up and force overtime. Point guard Mike Conley led the way in the extra period and the Grizzlies eventually won by three.

Memphis was led by power forward Zach Randolph, who had 16 points, 10 rebounds and six assists in the win. Conley was able to make eight of his 14 field goal attempts and finished with 20 points and five rebounds for the hosts. Tony Allen came off of the bench for the Grizzlies to score 16 points and grab nine rebounds.

Kevin Durant was the Thunder's top player in the loss, scoring 30 points, grabbing nine boards and blocking five shots for the visitors. Point guard Russell Westbrook also had 30 points for Oklahoma City, but he made just nine of his 26 shots in the game. Serge Ibaka, who was the only other player in double figures for the Thunder, had 12 points.
