The Oklahoma City Thunder will head out on the road on Thursday night to face the Golden State Warriors in a game between two of the best defenses in the Western Conference. Last year, the Thunder were able to win two of their three games against the Warriors.

In their last games, the Thunder used a strong first half against the Sacramento Kings to propel them to a 104-92 road victory. They made 47.1 percent of their shots in that win and forced 17 Sacramento turnovers.

The Thunder have only given up 93.9 points per game to their opponents, which is the lowest rate in the NBA right now. All-Star point guard Russell Westbrook has a 34.9 PER right now by averaging 26.4 points, 6.8 assists and 5.8 rebounds per game.

On Tuesday night, the Warriors' losing winning streak finally came to an end when the Memphis Grizzlies beat them 105-98 on the road. Their normally potent offense was off in that game, making just 41.1 percent of their shots.

Through their first 24 games this year, the Warriors are in the top three in the league in scoring with over 107 points per game. Point guard Stephen Curry has led the way for them this season by averaging 23.5 points, 7.6 assists and 5.2 rebounds per game. Center Andrew Bogut has been their top rebounder with 9.3 boards per game.
