The New York Knicks just couldn't handle the Golden State Warriors the last time they saw them and ended up losing 126-103 at home. The Warriors never really had to worry about a Knicks comeback, as they got out to a 38-27 lead at the end of the first quarter and took a 19-point lead into the half.

Golden State's star point guard Stephen Curry scored 54 points the last time he had visited Madison Square Garden, so it was no surprise that he was the top player in this one. He didn't end up scoring over 50 points, but he did end up with a triple-double in the game. Curry ended up with 27 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists. It was the All-Star's third triple-double of the season and the fourth one of his career.

Warriors' shooting guard Klay Thompson also had a good scoring night, contributing 25 points in the blowout. Jermaine O'Neal added 15 points and six rebounds coming off of the bench. Golden State made 14 three-pointers in the game.

Knicks' star Carmelo Anthony made just seven of his 26 field goal attempts in the game, but still ended up having a pretty good game with 23 points and 16 rebounds. Tim Hardaway Jr. came off of the bench for the Knicks to score 22 points in 40 minutes on the floor.
