On Saturday, the New Orleans Pelicans will be taking on the Washington Wizards, who are currently on their first losing streak of the season.

Last season, the Wizards were able to win both of their games against the Pelicans. They won the first game 102-96 in New Orleans, and then edged the Pelicans 94-93 later in the season.

In four games against the Wizards, Pelicans superstar big man Anthony Davis has averaged 19 points and 8.3 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game. Point guard Jrue Holiday has averaged 13.3 points and 4.8 assists per game in 15 games against Washington, while shooting guard Eric Gordon has been able to score 23.6 points per game against them in seven games.

On Wednesday night, the Wizards lost their second game in a row when they Cleveland Cavaliers blew them out 103-87 on the road. Washington did make 46.5 percent of their shots in that loss, but they also turned the ball over 18 times.

Washington's defense has done well to hold opponents to just 97.9 points per game, but their offense is only averaging 98.6 points per game. Since coming back from injury, shooting guard Bradley Beal is averaging 14.6 points and 1.4 steals per game while making 37.5 percent of his three-point attempts. All-Star John Wall has scored 18.6 points per game this season while dishing out 9.2 assists per game.
