The New Orleans Pelicans will be going on the road on Sunday night to take on the Oklahoma City Thunder, who are 7-5 on their home court this season.

Earlier this month, the Pelicans were able to defeat the Thunder 112-104 in New Orleans. The Pelicans had a 49-46 rebounding advantage in that win and were able to force the Thunder into committing 17 turnovers.

In his three career games against the Thunder, Pelicans star power forward Anthony Davis has scored 14.7 points per game while pulling down 8.3 boards per game. Shooting guard Tyreke Evans has scored 19.5 points per game in his 17 games against Oklahoma City, while point guard Jrue Holiday has been able to average 15.1 points and 7.2 assists per game against them in his career.

The Thunder have now won eight out of their last nine games after edging the Los Angeles Lakers 104-103 on the road on Friday night. They made eight of their 21 three-pointers in that win and only turned the ball over seven times.

Through their first 27 games, the Thunder have the top defense in the league by giving up about 95 points per game. Point guard Russell Westbrook has had a great start to his season by averaging 27.2 points, 7.2 assists and 5.5 rebounds per game.
