On Wednesday night, the New Orleans Pelicans will try to improve upon their 4-8 road record when they visit the Dallas Mavericks. New Orleans is currently hovering around the .500 mark, while the Mavericks are a few games back from the top of the Western Conference standings.

Shooting guard Monta Ellis has scored nearly 20 points per game against the Pelicans in his career, while big man Tyson Chandler has averaged 9.3 rebounds per game against them.
