The New Orleans Pelicans will go on the road on Monday night to face the Cleveland Cavaliers, who will be hoping to pick up their first home win. The Pelicans were able to sweep their two-game regular season series against the Cavs last season.

On Saturday, the Pelicans made a late fourth-quarter shot to upset the San Antonio Spurs 100-99 on the road. They made 47 percent of their shots in that win while forcing the Spurs into committing 18 turnovers.

The Pelicans are currently second in the NBA in rebounding with 47 rebounds per game. Power forward Anthony Davis has had a great start to the season by averaging 24.4 points, 12.8 rebounds and 4.4 blocks per game. Point guard Jrue Holiday has averaged 14.6 points and 7.2 assists through five games.

On Friday night, the Cavaliers scored 38 first-quarter points against the Denver Nuggets and were able to roll to a 110-101 road win. They only made six of their 23 three-point attempts in that game, but they also only turned the ball over eight times.

The Cavs' defense has struggled a bit through five games by giving up 101.4 points per game to their opponents. All-Star LeBron James has averaged 23.4 points, six rebounds and six assists per game, while new power forward Kevin Love has averaged 18 points and 11.2 rebounds per game.
