The Minnesota Timberwolves will be taking on the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday night in an early-season Northwest Division matchup. Last season, the Blazers took the win in three out of their four games against the Wolves.

The Blazers had their nine-game winning streak come to an end on Friday night when the Memphis Grizzlies defeated them 112-99 in Portland. The Blazers only had seven turnovers in that loss, but they also only made 40.2 percent of their shots.

The Blazers are the top rebounding team in the league right now and are in the top 10 in points allowed by only giving up 96.4 points per game. All-Star forward LaMarcus Aldridge has scored a team-high 21.1 points per game while pulling down 9.2 rebounds per game. Point guard Damian Lillard is averaging 20.1 points, 6/7 assists and 5.3 rebounds per game this season.
