Lost in the whirlwind of Philadelphia's 20+ game losing streak on the trek to the top pick in the 2014 NBA draft is the fact that Milwaukee actually has a worse record than the 76ers. To be fair, Milwaukee has won 3 games in their last 10, albeit against NBA bottom feeders Orlando, Utah, and Philadelphia. The Bucks have only 5 road wins all season and Tuesday's visit to Portland doesn't look very optimistic to improve on that record. The Trail Blazers win 75% of their games at the Moda Center.

Even though Portland is a playoff lock currently sitting in the 5th seed in the West, things haven't exactly been going great lately. The Trail Blazers called a players only meeting after losing 5 of 6 games and it seems to have some immediate effect with a 111-103 win in New Orleans. As most NBA teams have found out this year, a visit from the Bucks is usually good for what ails you.

Tuesday's game marks the second meeting of the season between the teams. Portland was able to shut down the Milwaukee offense on November 20th en route to a 92-81 victory at the Bradley Center. The loss was the 5th in what would be an 11 game losing streak for Milwaukee. The -5.5 line seemed generous being that Portland came in on a 7-game win spurt but the Blazers were able to get the cover while keeping the total well below the 194.5 number and making under bettors a winner.
