On Friday night, the Milwaukee Bucks will be facing the Detroit Pistons in a game between two of the lowest-scoring offenses in the NBA. Last season, the Pistons won three out of their four games against the Bucks.

On Wednesday, the Bucks scored just 33 second-half points against the Chicago Bulls and lost 95-86. They made just three of their 15 three-pointers in that loss, and they finished with a 37.1 percent team field goal percentage.

The Bucks haven't played well on offense so far this season, but their defense has only given up 94.6 points per game. One player who has played very well for the Bucks is point guard Brandon Knight, who is averaging 18.4 points, 7.2 assists and 7.2 rebounds per game. Center Larry Sanders has grabbed a team-high 9.2 rebounds per game and he has two blocks per game this year.

Against the New York Knicks on Wednesday, the Pistons picked up their first win of the season by beating them 98-95. They had a 55-43 rebounding advantage in that win and they only turned the ball over eight times.

The Pistons are currently fourth in the league in rebounding, but they are dead last in scoring with just 89.5 points per game. Their best player has been power forward Greg Monroe, who is averaging 20.5 points and 14.5 rebounds per game. Small forward Josh Smith is averaging 14.3 points per game, but he has only been able to make 31.4 percent of his shots.
