The Miami Heat will be going on the road on Monday night to take on the Washington Wizards, who have won six out of their eight home games this season.

The Wizards were able to defeat the Heat 107-95 in both teams' opening games of the season. It was a close game statistically, with both teams shooting 48 percent from the field and both finishing with 14 turnovers.

Heat shooting guard Dwyane Wade has played very well against Washington in his career, averaging 22.2 points, 5.7 assists and 4.6 rebounds per game. Small forward Luol Deng has averaged 15.3 points and 6.6 rebounds per game against the Wizards, while Chris Bosh has scored 20.5 points per game against them while grabbing 9.3 rebounds per game.

On Saturday, the Wizards played very good defense against the New Orleans Pelicans and came away with an 83-80 victory at home. They finished that game with a 46-42 rebounding advantage while holding the Pelicans to a 37 percent field goal percentage.

Through their first 15 games, the Wizards are in the top five in the league in assists with 24.4 helpers per game. Center Marcin Gortat is having another solid season for them by averaging 13.3 points, 8.9 rebounds and 1.4 blocks per game. Point guard John Wall is averaging 18.1 points, 9.1 assists and 2.3 steals per game this season.
