On Friday night, the Miami Heat will be going on the road to take on the Utah Jazz, who will attempt to start their first winning streak of the season. Last year, the Heat and the Jazz split their two-game series against each other.

The Heat played one of their worst games of the year on Wednesday when they were blown out 102-82 by the Denver Nuggets on the road. They made just 36.6 percent of their shots in that loss and ended up being outrebounded 50-42.

So far this year, the Heat have played pretty well defensively, but their offense is only averaging 94.8 points per game. Center Chris Bosh has a solid 22.4 PER through 22 games by averaging 21.5 points, 8.1 boards and 1.1 steals per game.

The Jazz were able to end their nine-game losing skid on Tuesday when they pulled off a 100-96 upset over the San Antonio Spurs. They made 50 percent of their shot attempts in that win, and they also finished the game with a 43-37 rebounding advantage.

Through 22 games, the Jazz are near the bottom of the Eastern Conference in scoring with just 96.2 points scored per game. Power forward Derrick Favors currently has a team-high 22.9 PER by averaging 16.2 points and 8.5 rebounds per game. Small forward Gordon Hayward is averaging 18.9 points per game and has made 45.9 percent of his shots from the field.
