The Miami Heat have aspirations for a fourth straight trip to the NBA Finals. One by-product of those extended playoff runs is it's extremely tiresome on players' bodies and the Heat have been showing some effects of that lately. After a one point loss to the Pacers Wednesday, Miami all but missed out on home court in the East. So they could be looking at the remainder of the season to rest up for the playoffs. One way to get a break but still win and hold out hope for the #1 seed is a visit to Milwaukee.

Besides Indiana, the Heat have lost games to New Orleans, Boston, Denver, and Brooklyn in their last 10 games. The Heat are 5-5 over that span and 4-6 against the spread. There's talks of dissension in the ranks or that Miami is too fatigued to three-peat but they've always found a way to turn things up in the postseason.

Milwaukee gave up their postseason hopes right around November. They're on a fast-track to the #1 lottery pick somehow in spite of the 76ers terrible play. The Bucks have lost 8 straight games and will likely close out March with only 2 wins, against equally bad teams Orlando and Utah. Milwaukee has been playing close, losing in single digits in 4 of 5 losses but they just can't seem to get over the hump for a W.

When the Heat were fresh and on their home court, they rolled Milwaukee 118-95 on November 12th as -13.5 favorites. The total went well over the 195 over/under number behind 33 points from LeBron James and a surprising 19 chipped in from Michael Beasley.
