The last time the Miami Heat played the Memphis Grizzlies, the Heat were able to complete a late comeback to pull off the 91-86 win. The victory helped the Heat avoid losing for the third time in four home games, which would have been the first time that happened all season.

Memphis was able to hold Miami to just 15 points in the first quarter and took a seven point lead into the second. Miami would rally before half, though, and would take a one-point lead into the intermission. The Grizzlies had a seven-point lead late in the fourth quarter, but the Heat scored 11 straight points to pull off the home win.

Ray Allen was a big part of that comeback and ended up scoring 18 points off the bench. LeBron James wasn't at his best in that game, but he still had 15 points, seven assists, six rebounds and two steals in the win. Dwyane Wade and Mario Chalmers both contributed 14 points for the Heat.

Memphis power forward Zach Randolph had a solid game, scoring a game-high 25 points and grabbing 14 rebounds in the losing effort. Center Marc Gasol scored 14 points and pulled down six rebounds for the road team. The Grizzlies were only able to make three of their 14 three-point attempts in the game, which was one of the reasons they could not pull away from the Heat.
