The Miami Heat were able to take a commanding 3-1 Eastern Conference Finals lead by beating the Indiana Pacers 102-90 on Monday. The Pacers shot 49.3 percent from the field in the game and outrebounded the Heat, but they turned the ball over 14 times while Miami coughed it up just five times all night.

Miami got off to a great start in the game and finished the first quarter with a 27-19 lead. Indiana made a bit of a comeback in the second period, but the Heat were able to take a 16-point advantage into the fourth quarter. The Pacers played well in the fourth, but it was too steep of a hill to climb and the Heat held on for the 12-point win.

The Heat were led by superstar LeBron James, who shot 13-for-21 from the field and had 32 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and two steals in the win. Power forward Chris Bosh had his best game of the series by scoring 25 points and grabbing six rebounds. Dwyane Wade made just four of his 12 field goal attempts, but he did finish with 15 points.

David West had a solid game in the losing effort for the Pacers by scoring 20 points and pulling down 12 boards. All-Star Paul George had a team-high 23 points and grabbed seven rebounds for the visitors, while Luis Scola came off of the bench to make six of his eight shots and had 12 points in the loss.
