The Miami Heat will be going on the road to take on the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday night in a game that will feature two of the lowest scoring teams in the Eastern Conference. During the 2013-14 season, the Nets were able to win all four of their games against the Heat.

On Sunday night, Heat scored just 32 first-half points against the Chicago Bulls and ended up being routed 93-75 on their home court. They played pretty good defense in that loss, but their offense only made 35 percent of their shots.

Through 24 games, the Heat are playing some good defense, but their offense is averaging less than 95 points per game. Power forward Chris Bosh has had a very good start to the year by averaging 21.6 points and 8.2 rebounds per game.

The Nets were able to get out to an early 32-17 lead over the Charlotte Hornets on Saturday night and rolled to a 114-87 blowout. They made 16 of their 23 three-pointers in that win and finished with a 58.3 field goal percentage.

Through 22 games, the Nets have played well on the defensive end of the court, but they are only averaging 96.4 points per game. Their top performer has been point guard Deron Williams, who is now averaging 16.5 points and 6.7 assists per game. Veteran forward Kevin Garnett has only scored 7.8 points per game this year, but he is also the team's top rebounder with 8.4 boards per game.
