The Los Angeles Clippers will be going for their third win in a row on Sunday night when they face the Memphis Grizzlies. The Clippers and the Grizzlies played each other three times last season, with Memphis coming out the victors in two of the games.

On Thursday night, the Clippers scored 39 points in the first quarter in their game against the Miami Heat and rolled to a 110-93 road victory. They shot very well as a team in that win, making 55.8 percent of their shots.

The Clippers are in the top 10 in the league in scoring right now by averaging 103.5 points per game. Star power forward Blake Griffin is averaging 23.1 points per game while grabbing seven rebounds per game. Point guard Chris Paul has scored 18 points per game and is second in the league with 9.9 assists per game.

The Grizzlies picked up their fourth win in their last five games on Friday when they beat the Boston Celtics 117-100 at home. They shot 52.7 percent from the field in that win and ended up with a 50-38 rebounding advantage.

The Grizzlies haven't had the easiest time scoring against most opponents this season, but they are one of the best defenses in the league by giving up just over 92 points per game. Guard Courtney Lee has been very good for Memphis coming off of the bench this season, averaging 13.9 points per game and shooting over 55 percent from the field.
