The Los Angeles Clippers will head up state and take on the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday night. The Clippers are 2-1 on the season following their loss on Sunday to the Sacramento Kings. Los Angeles holds wins over the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Los Angeles Lakers. For the Golden State Warriors, they have started with a perfect 3-0 record. In the three wins for the Warriors, they are averaging 105.7 points per game, which ranks fifth in the league.

The Golden State Warriors seemingly have weapons at all positions of the court. In their most recent win over the Portland Trail Blazers, Golden State had four separate players in double figures to win on the road. Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson combined for 50 points in the game, while center Andrew Bogut added 11. The Warriors leading scorer through three games has been Klay Thompson. Thompson is scoring just shy of 30 points per game. Golden State is the lone team in the Pacific Division yet to lose this season.

The Clippers come into Wednesday as the worst rebounding team in all of the NBA. The Clippers are averaging just 34.7 rebounds per game. DeAndre Jordan has been their best rebounder, with 10.7 per game. In the loss at home to Sacramento on Sunday, the Clippers were dominated on the defensive boards 37-24. Los Angeles saw five players on Sunday score in double figures. Their top scorers were Blake Griffin and Spencer Hawes., both of whom scored 17, while Chris Paul added 16. The Clippers are allowing 99.7 points per game on defense, which ranks 16th in the league.
