The Los Angeles Clippers will be playing in their fifth straight road game when they visit the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday night.

Last season, the Clippers were able to win both of their games against the Pistons. They won those two games by the same 112-103 score, including a win in Detroit late in the season.

Pistons point guard Brandon Jennings has played against the Clippers nine times in his career, averaging 15.2 points and 5.9 rebounds per game against them. Center Greg Monroe has averaged 9.7 points and 6.6 rebounds per game against the Clippers, while veteran forward Josh Smith has scored 15.7 points per game while grabbing 7.4 rebounds per game against them in 19 career games.

The Clippers scored 56 first-half points against the Charlotte Hornets on Monday and rolled to a 113-92 road win. They only turned the ball over eight times in that win, and they were able to make 15 of their 32 three-pointers.

The Clippers are one of the worst rebounding teams so far this season, but they are in the top 10 in scoring. Point guard Chris Paul is averaging 18.6 points per game and a team-high 9.9 assists per game. Shooting guard Jamal Crawford is third on the team in scoring with 17.6 points per game, while DeAndre Jordan has been able to average 11.5 rebounds and 2.2 blocks per game.
