Back in early January, the Indiana Pacers showed off their top-rated defense the last time they saw the Toronto Raptors by holding them under 80 points in an 86-79 home win. Indiana improved to 17-1 at home with the victory and at that point had the best overall record in the NBA.

The Pacers didn't have the best game themselves in the low-scoring affair, turning the ball over 15 times and making just one of their 11 three-point attempts. However, their tough defense forced the Raptors into a lot of bad shots and they ended up shooting just 37% on the night. Toronto also dominated the boards, grabbing 53 fro themselves and limiting Indiana to just 36.

The Pacers were led in that game by center Roy Hibbert, who scored 22 points, including going 12-for-13 from the free throw line. Shooting guard Lance Stephenson had a near triple-double in the win with 13 points, eight assists and 10 rebounds. David West added 12 rebounds and three blocks for the home side.

Raptors shooting guard DeMar DeRozan had a game-high 28 points in the loss and added six assists to his stat line. Point guard Kyle Lowry (16 points) was the only other Toronto starter to score in double digits. Patrick Patterson came off of the bench for the Raptors to score 20 points and grab six rebounds.
