On Wednesday night, the Indiana Pacers will go on the road to face the San Antonio Spurs in a game between two of the best rebounding teams in the league. The Pacers and the Spurs split their two-game regular season series last year.

The Pacers have now won three out of their last four games after defeating the Dallas Mavericks 111-100 on the road. Point guard Donald Sloan had one of his best games of the season by scoring 29 points and dishing out five assists in the win.

Indiana's defense has been very solid through 14 games, but their offense has barely been able to average over 90 points per game. Center Roy Hibbert has been their one consistent player and is now averaging 13.1 points, 7.8 rebounds and 2.9 blocks per game.

Last Saturday, the Spurs won their fourth game in a row when they defeated the Brooklyn Nets 99-87 at home. They made 51.9 percent of their shots in that game and they ended up with a 48-44 rebounding advantage.

The Spurs have the best defense in the NBA right now by only allowing opponents to score 91.3 points per game against them. Veteran forward Tim Duncan has only averaged 13.4 points per game this season, but he is the team's leading rebounder with 10.6 boards per game. Their top scorer is point guard Tony Parker, who is averaging 16.8 points and 5.2 assists per game.
