On Friday night, the Indiana Pacers will be visiting the Detroit Pistons in a battle between two teams at the bottom of the Central Division standings. Last year, the Pacers were able to win three out of their four games against the Pistons.

The Pacers won their second game in a row on Tuesday when they beat the New Orleans Pelicans 96-84 at home. They had just nine turnovers in that win and were able to make 50 percent of their shots from the field.

So far this season, the Pacers are one of the better rebounding teams in the NBA, but their offense has only been able to average 93.7 points per game. Power forward David West has a 17.2 PER right now by averaging 12.9 points and 6.6 rebounds per game.

On Sunday night, Pistons lost their fourth straight game when the Brooklyn Nets defeated them 110-105 on the road. They did have a 50-37 rebounding advantage in that game, but they also only ended up making 44 percent of their shots.

Through 28 games this year, the Pistons have just five wins and they are near the bottom of the league in scoring with just 94.4 points per game. Center Andre Drummond has played well this season by averaging 12.4 points and a team-high 12.6 rebounds per game. Detroit's top scorer is Greg Monroe, who is averaging 14.7 points per game.
