The Houston Rockets were able to pull off a double-overtime 110-104 win over the Toronto Raptors the last time they played each other. The game was way back in the beginning of the season, but it was clear even then that each team would probably end up near the top of their respective conferences.

The first half was pretty much dominated by the Rockets, who were able to outscore the Raptors 47-33 and looked to be on their way to an easy home win. The Raptors were able to cut into the lead a bit in the third quarter, but it was in the fourth where they made their comeback, outscoring the Rockets 25-16 to send the game into OT. After a first overtime that ended 8-8, the Rockets were able to make their free throws deep in the second extra session to take the win.

Jeremy Lin came off the bench for the Rockets, but he did have 49 minutes played and scored a game-high 31 for the home team. Dwight Howard was only able to make four of his 12 free throws, but he contributed in other ways by grabbing 24 rebounds to go along with 18 points.

Rudy Gay had a cold shooting night for the Raptors, making just 11 of his 37 field goal attempts, but he did score 29 points in the loss.
