On Monday, the Golden State Warriors will look to extend their league-best 12-game winning streak when they face the Minnesota Timberwolves. Last season, the Warriors were able to win two out of their three games against the Timberwolves.

On Saturday night, the Warriors kept their hot streak going by defeating the Chicago Bulls 112-102 on the road. Small forward Draymond Green was their best player in that win, finishing with 31 points, seven rebounds, four steals and three blocks.

The Warriors are currently in the top five in the league in scoring, rebounding and assists per game. Point guard Stephen Curry is once against their best player by averaging 23.2 points, 7.7 assists and 5.1 rebounds per game. Green is now averaging 13.5 points and 7.6 rebounds per game for Golden State.

The Timberwolves lost their fifth game in a row on Saturday when the San Antonio Spurs blew them out 123-101 on the road. The Wolves only turned the ball over eight times in that loss, but they were also outrebounded 43-33.

Through their first 19 games, Minnesota's defense has been one of the worst in the NBA by allowing their opponents to score 110.6 points per game against them. Shooting guard Kevin Martin has been their top performer this season by averaging a team-high 20.4 points per game while making 48.3 percent of his shots.
