On Thursday night, the Golden State Warriors will be visiting the Los Angeles Clippers in a game that will feature two of the top five offenses in the NBA. In their first meeting of the year, the Clippers were able to defeat the Warriors by the score of 121-104 at home.

The Warriors played one of their worst defensive games of the year on Tuesday night when the Los Angeles Lakers defeated them 115-105 on the road. They finished that game with 19 team turnovers and allowed the Lakers to shoot 51.7 percent from the field.

Through their first 27 games this year, the Warriors have picked up 23 wins and are near the top of the NBA in both scoring and rebounding. Shooting guard Klay Thompson has made 44.4 percent of his three-pointers this season and is currently averaging 21.6 points per game.

The Clippers lost their shooting touch in the fourth quarter of their game against the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday and ended up losing 107-104 on the road. They did have a 51-43 rebounding advantage in that loss, but they only ended up making 40.2 percent of their shots.

So far this season, the Clippers have been one of the best scoring teams in the Western Conference by averaging over 105 points per game. Star forward Blake Griffin has made nearly 50 percent of his shots this season and is now averaging 23.1 points, 7.7 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game.
