The Detroit Pistons will be hoping that they can finally end their long losing skid on Friday night when they visit the Phoenix Suns. A few weeks ago, the Suns were able to edge the Pistons 88-86 in Detroit.

The Pistons lost their 13th game in a row on Tuesday when the Portland Trail Blazers were able to easily beat them 98-86. The Pistons only made five of their 22 three-pointers in that loss and finished with just a 35.1 field goal percentage.

So far this season, the Pistons have only been able to score 92.8 points per game while giving up 99.5 points per game. Power forward Greg Monroe has been their best all-around player by averaging 14.7 points and 9.3 rebounds per game. Center Andre Drummond is averaging a double-double of 11.3 points and 11.8 rebounds per game.

On Tuesday night, the Suns lost their third consecutive game when they were beaten 103-97 by the Miami Heat at home. They did make 17 of their 35 three-point attempts in that loss, but they also ended up turning the ball over 22 times.

The Suns currently have one of the top scoring teams in the Western Conference, but they have also given up 103.9 points per game. Point guard Isaiah Thomas has come off of the bench for the Suns this season to average 15.5 points and 4.1 assists per game.
