On Sunday, the Detroit Pistons will attempt to pick up a rare road win when they visit the Cleveland Cavaliers. Last season, the Cavs were able to win three out of their four games against the Pistons.

In their game against the Indiana Pacers on Friday night, the Pistons snapped their four-game losing streak by winning 119-109 at home. They had just nine turnovers in that game and ended up making 54.7 percent of their shots.

That win on Friday was a rare high-scoring game for the Pistons, who are currently near the bottom of the league in that category with right around 95 points per game. Center Andre Drummond has been one of their better players by scoring 12.6 points per game while also pulling down 12.3 rebounds per game.

The Cavs have now won four out of their last five games after defeating the Orlando Magic 98-89 on the road on Friday. They didn't shoot the ball well in that win, but they were able to force the Magic into committing 16 turnovers.

Through 29 games, the Cavs are in the top half of the league in scoring, points allowed and assists per game. All-Star point guard Kyrie Irving has been able to average 20.2 points per game this season while dishing out 5.3 assists per game. LeBron James is their top scorer by averaging 25.5 points per game.
