On Friday night, the Detroit Pistons will go on the road to face the Atlanta Hawks, who are undefeated on their home court this season. Last season, the Pistons and the Hawks both picked up two wins in their two-game regular season series.

The Pistons lost their third straight game on Wednesday night when they were beaten 88-86 by the Phoenix Suns at home. One of the main reasons why they lost that game was because they were only able to make 37.9 percent of their shots.

So far this season, the Pistons have been one of the better rebounding teams in the NBA, but they are only scoring 92.4 points per game. Point guard Brandon Jennings has had a good start to the season by averaging 16.6 points and 6.1 assists per game.

On Tuesday night, the Hawks lost their second game in a row when they were beaten 114-109 by the Los Angeles Lakers. They did shoot 48.2 percent of the field in that loss, but they also allowed the Lakers to shoot 54 percent.

The Hawks have been able to score 102.6 points per game this season, but they have also given up 103.9 points per game. Power forward Paul Millsap has had a pretty good start to the season by averaging 18 points, eight boards, and 2.1 steals per game. Center Al Horford has scored 13.8 points per game and is making 53.8 percent of his shots.
